Case Study 1:
SAIC Motor UK Technical Centre Washrooms
The existing washroom was a tired, dated and very cramped facility. We reconfigured the layout extensively to create a modern, open and bright washroom which included new ceilings, lighting, cubicles and sanitary ware.
Case Study 2:
SAIC Motor UK Technical Centre Reception
This particular project was a design and build project to combine their existing reception with the breakout area. It involved extensive demolitions and structural works to create a space where both staff and customers could view current models whilst having meetings or a break in the coffee shop.
Case Study 3:
University of Worcester: Suspended Ceilings
This was the provision of new suspended ceilings and acoustic rafts within the main dining area at the University of Worcester. Along with many other projects this was part of the dining hall refurbishment using Ecophan acoustic ceiling products to compliment the lighting installation in the split level ceiling system.
The use of Ecophon solo acoustic panels gives a cost effective contrast to any suspended ceiling.
Case Study 4:
Katie Bard, Birmingham: Office interior
The above recruitment company approached us to completely modernise and update their existing 6th floor open plan office. The office had woodchip wall coverings, dated fluorescent lighting and an old ceiling. We came up with a radical solution, to remove the ceilings, spray the existing ceiling matt black and install Ecophon solo rafts for a contempary look.
Walls were re-plastered, and feature walls received a brick slip finish to give an industrial feel. Low energy pendant lighting was also installed, carpets replaced and a new open plan kitchen installed.
Case Study 5:
This entailed the provision of a new Ecophon, ceiling and integrated LED lighting with scene setting dimming and pir control. The scheme also incorporated a light well to allow natural daylight to enter the space.
